江苏近海曼氏无针乌贼增殖放流效果评估

摘　　要：于2019年5、8和10月,在江苏近岸重要渔业水域开展了本底调查(春季)和跟踪调查(夏、秋季),比较放流前后曼氏无针乌贼的资源情况。结果表明,2019年,曼氏无针乌贼本底调查的出现频率为10.00%,在“两沙”保护区;夏季大面跟踪调查出现频率为26.00%,主要在吕泗渔场;秋季跟踪调查的出现频率为20.00%,在海州湾渔场和吕泗渔场。跟踪调查捕获的曼氏无针乌贼,无论是质量密度、数量密度、资源量还是资源密度,均显著高于本底调查,且在区域分布上具有从吕泗渔场近岸向外、向南北扩散的趋势。根据2019年大面调查数据推算,春季江苏近岸海域曼氏无针乌贼本底资源量为16.73 t,而夏秋季跟踪监测资源量分别为69.00和91.00 t,远高于本底调查,并且是放流数量理论产生资源量的1.71和2.26倍。理论估算和实际调查均显示,曼氏无针乌贼的增殖放流增加了海域资源量,补充了一定数量的性成熟个体,为当地渔业增加了经济效益。针对资源现状,提出了开展曼氏无针乌贼放流标记和合理利用资源的建议。In order to compared the resources of Sepiella maindroni before and after releasing,the back-ground survey(spring)and follow-up monitoring survey(summer and autumn)were carried out in May,August and October 2019.The results showed that,in 2019,the frequency of Sepiella maindroni background survey was10.00%,in“Liangsha”reserve;the frequency of summer extensive follow-up survey was 26.00%,mainly LVSI fishing ground;the frequency of autumn follow-up survey was 20.00%,in Haizhou Bay fishing ground and LVSI fishing ground.The Sepiella maindroni captured by the follow-up survey were significantly higher than those captured by the background survey in terms of quality density,quantity density,resource quantity and resource density.In the regional distribution,it has the tendency of spreading outward from LVSI fishing ground inshore to the south and north.According to extensive survey data in 2019,the Sepiella maindroni resources of spring in the coastal waters of Jiangsu province were 16.73 t.The follow-up monitoring survey resources of summer and autumn were 69.00 t and 91.00 t,which was significantly higher than that in the background survey,and were1.71 and 2.26 times of the theoretical released resources.Both theoretical estimates and actual surveys showed that the Sepiella maindroni increased the amount of marine resources,replenished a certain number of sexually mature individuals,and developed the economic benefits of local fisheries.In view of the current situation of the resources,suggestions were also made to carry out Sepiella maindroni marking and to make rational use of the resources.
