摘 要:在水温(27±1)℃、pH值(6.9±0.1)条件下,用硫酸锌(ZnSO4·7H2O)、氯化镉(CdCl2)和硝酸铅[Pb(NO3)2]配制不同镉离子(Cd^(2+))(0~87 mg/L)、锌离子(Zn^(2+))(0~120 mg/L)和铅离子(Pb^(2+))(0~560 mg/L)浓度,采用静态生物急性毒性试验方法,分析Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Pb^(2+)对平均体质量为(41.94±0.23)g的中华圆田螺(Cipangopaludina cathayensis)的急性毒性。结果表明,中华圆田螺的死亡率随重金属离子浓度的升高而增大,呈明显的剂量效应关系。Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)对中华圆田螺96 h的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为19.31,34.04和291.86 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)分别为0.1931,0.3404和2.9186 mg/L。根据急性毒性的分级标准,3种重金属离子对中华圆田螺的毒性均为低毒,耐受性较强,毒性按从大到小排序依次为Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Pb^(2+)。Different concentrations of cadmium ion(Cd^(2+))(0-87 mg/L),zinc ion(Zn^(2+))(0-120 mg/L)and lead ion(Pb^(2+))(0-560 mg/L)were prepared with zinc sulfate(ZnSO4·7H2O),cadmium chloride(CdCl2)and lead nitrate[Pb(NO3)2]at water temperature(27±1)℃and pH value(6.9±0.1),and static biological acute toxicity test methods were adopted.The acute toxicity of the above three heavy metal ions to Cipangopaludina cathayensis with an average body mass of(41.94±0.23)g was studied.The mortality of Cipangopaludina cathayensis was shown to be increased with the elevated concentrations of the heavy metal ions,with a dose-dependent relationship.The me dian lethal concentrations(LC_(50))of Cd^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)to Cipangopaludina cathayensis on 96 h were 19.31,34.04 and 291.86 mg/L respectively,and the safe concentrations(SC)were 0.1931,0.3404 and 2.9186 mg/L,respec tively.The descending toxicity order was Cd^(2+)>Zn^(2+)>Pb^(2+).The toxicity of the three heavy metal ions to Cipangopaludina cathayensis was found to be low,and the snail tolerability og to the three heavy metal ions based on the acute toxicity classification standard was strong.
