Using damage theory to study the constitutive relationship of rock has always been a hot issue in rock mechanics. In order to further study the constitutive relationship of rock, based on the existing damage theory and spatial mobilized plane(SMP)failure criterion, the damage distribution of rock micro-element was described by two-parameter Weibull statistical damage distribution, and the damage softening law of frozen-thawed rock was quantitatively analyzed.Statistical rock damage intenerated model of frozen-thawed loaded rock was constructed, and the partial derivative method of peak point was used to determine its parameters. Finally, the legitimacy of the model was verified by referring to the previous relevant dynamic test data. The results show that the established prediction model curve can characterize the damage deformation of rock, which verifies the general law of damage softening process of rock under freeze-thaw loading. The SMP criterion can be used to characterize the deformation characteristics of rock under freeze-thaw load, which provides an idea for the deformation and failure mechanism of rock under freeze-thaw load.
