摘  要:针对安全阀校验中传统人工方法普遍存在的检验效率低、数据准确度差、测试过程无法追溯的问题,通过对测试信号接收及传送装置的硬件设计、信息采集与管理系统的软件开发,采用传感技术、计算机测控技术、数据库及互联网技术,开发出了一套由“智能化管理系统”与“智能化操作系统”组成的安全阀校验智能化测试装置,对样机进行了性能测试,结果表明:该装置在安全阀整定压力测试及密封性试验测试中,测试精度均小于0.5%,测试数据稳定可靠,可应用于安全阀的实际校验工作。Aiming at the problems of low inspection efficiency,poor data accuracy,and the inability to trace the test process those are common in the traditional manual method of safety valve verification,the hardware design of the test device receiving and transmitting signals,the software development of the information acquisition and management system are adopted.By using sensing technology,computer measurement and control technology,database and Internet of Things technology,it developed a set of intelligent safety valve calibration test equipment composed of“intelligent management system”and“intelligent operating system”,and performed performance tests on the prototype.The results show that:the test accuracy of the device is less than five thousandths in the safety valve setting pressure test and the sealing test,the test data is stable and reliable,and it can be applied to the actual calibration work of the safety valve.
