摘  要:某电厂2台循环流化床锅炉短时间内集中出现屏式过热器管拉裂,电厂组织分析了管子拉裂的原因并进行相应整改。为彻底解决拉裂问题,通过对屏式过热器结构检查、与屏式再热器特性比对、锅炉运行工况及管屏交变应力作用分析等,全面梳理设备存在的问题,提出下一步的防范措施。从而指导电厂全方位做好屏式过热器拉裂治理,提高机组深度调峰适应能力。The tube cracks of platen superheater occured in two circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant in a short time,the plant analyzed the reason of the pipe cracking and made the corresponding rectification.In order to completely solve the problem,through the platen superheater structure inspection,comparison with platen reheater characteristics,boiler operation conditions and tube platen transformer stress analysis,the paper comprehensively comb the problems of the equipment,put forward further preventive measures.So as to guide the power plant to manage the cracking of the platen superheater,and improve the adjustment capacity of the unit for deep peak regulation.
