摘　　要：以戊烷发泡剂和戊烷(碳五)储运工况为研究对象,探讨戊烷类承压液体危险货物汽车罐车的设计。根据其气相空间含有C_(3)、C_(4)或氮气等组分而导致其气相压力普遍不小于0.1 MPa(表压)的情况,认为运输戊烷类承压液体汽车罐车按常压容器设计存在安全隐患,且不满足相关部门的使用管理要求,建议戊烷类承压液体汽车罐车的设计、制造、检验和验收按照移动式压力容器,并接受TSGR0005—2011《移动式压力容器安全技术监察规程》的监察。Taking pentane foaming agent and pentane(C5)storage and transportation conditions as the research object,the design of pentane pressurized liquid dangerous cargo vehicle tank car was discussed.According to the gas phase space containing C_(3),C_(4)or nitrogen and other components,the gas phase pressure is generally no less than 0.1MPa(gauge pressure),it is considered that the design of the tank car for transporting pentane pressurized liquid based on atmospheric pressure vessel has potential safety risks,and does not meet the use and management requirements of relevant departments.It is suggested that the design,manufacture,inspection and acceptance of pentane pressurized liquid automobile tank cars should be in accordance with the transportable pressure vessel,and accept the supervision of TSG R0005:2011 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Transportable Pressure Vessel.
