摘  要:本文对德士古汽化炉激冷室运行环境进行了调查,通过分析介质成分、裂纹区金相检验、腐蚀敏感元素分析等手段取得了原始数据。对不锈钢堆焊层均匀腐蚀、点腐蚀、应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀展开了分析,表明汽化炉激冷室长期处于富Cl^(-)、富氧、酸性的环境引起了表面点蚀。运行中附加的其他应力与堆焊层残余应力在敏感环境下发生应力腐蚀,加剧了早期的点腐蚀坑互联扩展。通过建议预防措施,可以为同类装置长期稳定运行提供经验借鉴。The operating environment of the quenching chamber of the Texaco vaporization furnace was investigated,and the original data were obtained by analyzing the medium composition,the metallographic inspection of the crack area,and the analysis of corrosion-sensitive elements.The uniform corrosion,pitting corrosion,stress corrosion and intergranular corrosion of the stainless steel surfacing layer are analyzed,and it is shown that the longterm Cl^(-),oxygen-rich,and acidic environment of the vaporizer quenching chamber causes surface pitting corrosion.The additional stress during operation and the residual stress of the surfacing layer will cause stress corrosion in a sensitive environment,which intensifies the interconnection and expansion of early pitting corrosion pits.The recommended preventive measures can provide experience and reference for the long-term stable operation of similar devices.
