摘  要:全尾砂絮凝沉降技术是充填采矿中充填料浆制备的关键技术。为研究银珠山铅锌银矿全尾砂絮凝沉降规律,通过静动态絮凝沉降试验,采用正交试验与数据拟合研究方法,分析絮凝剂、全尾砂浓度及给料速度对全尾砂絮凝沉降的影响。结果表明:该矿絮凝剂最佳选型为1200万分子量APAM溶液,絮凝剂最佳配置浓度为1.354‰,全尾砂最佳入料质量浓度为25.162%,絮凝剂最佳单耗为37.925 g/t,最佳给料速度(干尾砂)为0.7 t/(m^(2)·h)。试验结果可为该矿山浓密机选型提供技术支撑。The unclassified tailings flocculation sedimentation technology is the key technology of filling slurry preparation in filling mining.In order to study the flocculation sedimentation law of unclassified tailings in Yinzhushan Lead-zinc-silver Mine,the static and dynamic flocculation sedimentation test was carried out,and the orthogonal test and data fitting research method were used to analyze the influence of flocculant,whole tailings concentration and feeding speed on the flocculation sedimentation of unclassified tailings.The results show that the optimum type selection of flocculant is 12 million molecular weight APAM,the optimum concentration of flocculant is 1.354‰,the optimum mass concentration of total tailings is 25.162%,the optimum unit consumption of flocculant is 37.925 g/t,and the optimum feeding speed(dry tailings)is0.7 t/(m^(2)·h).The test results can provide technical support for the selection of thickener in this mine.
