摘  要:选取Mn-TiO_(2)催化剂,考察NO转化率、CO氧化率,以及NH_(3)-SCR协同CO氧化性能。在NH_(3)-SCR气氛下,20Mn催化剂的NO转化率优于0Mn催化剂;在CO氧化气氛下,20Mn催化剂在260℃达到89.2%的CO氧化率,而0Mn催化剂几乎没有CO氧化活性。此外,在NH_(3)-SCR协同CO氧化气氛下,0.1%CO对20Mn催化剂NO转化率没有明显影响,而CO高效氧化温区向高温偏移。表明添加锰化合物显著提升催化剂NO转化率和CO氧化率。适量的锰化合物可以均匀地单层分散于催化剂表面,增强催化剂氧化还原性能,作为活性反应位点参与NH_(3)-SCR和CO氧化反应。In this paper,Mn-TiO_(2)catalyst was selected to investigate its NO conversion,CO oxidation and NH_(3)-SCR synergistic CO oxidation performance.In the NH_(3)-SCR reaction,the NO conversion of 20Mn catalyst first increased with the reaction temperature,reaching 98.9%at 220℃,and then the NO conversion showed a downward trend due to the oxidation of the reducing agent NH_(3),but it was still better than that of 0Mn catalyst.Under the CO oxidation atmosphere,20Mn catalyst achieved 89.2%CO oxidation at 260℃,while 0Mn catalyst had almost no CO oxidation activity.Then,in the NH_(3)-SCR synergistic CO oxidation reaction,0.1%CO had no significant effect on the NO conversion of 20Mn catalyst,and the high-efficiency CO oxidation temperature range shifted to high temperature.The results showed that the addition of manganese compounds significantly increased the NO conversion and CO oxidation of the catalyst.In the NH_(3)-SCR synergistic CO oxidation reaction,CO hardly participated in and interfered with the NH_(3)-SCR reaction system,while the NO+NH_(3)atmosphere inhibited the CO oxidation activity of the catalyst.Appropriate amount of manganese compounds could be uniformly dispersed on the surface of the catalyst as a monolayer to enhance the redox performance of the catalyst and participate in NH_(3)-SCR and CO oxidation as the active reaction site.
