摘  要:分别用国标烘箱法和卤素干燥法测定烟用盒装商标纸的水分含量,同时优化了卤素干燥法的测定条件。结果表明,试样质量在1.0±0.1 g,加热温度为120℃,升温程序为标准模式下,终止条件为预设加热时间为3 min或预设质量损失为1/50 mg/s的两种卤素干燥法与国标烘箱法检测结果通过单因素方差分析,无显著差异,说明卤素干燥法具有良好的一致性和替代性,且节省时间,提高工作效率。The moisture content of cigarette box trademark paper was determined by national standard oven method and halogen drying method respectively,and the determination conditions of halogen drying method were optimized.The results show that the sample mass is 1.0±0.1g,the heating temperature is 120℃,and the heating procedure is in standard mode,two halogen drying methods with preset heating time of 3 min or preset mass loss of 1 mg/50 s and national standard oven method were used to test the results,it shows that halogen drying method has good consistency and substitution,saves time and improves work efficiency.
