高排放标准污水处理厂设计——以某北方污水处理厂为例

摘　　要：某北方污水处理厂总设计规模为1万m^(3)/d,近期设计规模为3000 m^(3)/d,进水可生化性较差,总氮去除率较高,需出水再生利用。采用水解酸化-改良AAO-二沉-高效沉淀-D型滤池的处理工艺,并设计调节池平衡进水水质、水量的冲击,设计事故池作为应急处理处理措施。出水水质满足GB18918-2002中一级A标准和GB/T 18920-2002的要求。介绍了工程设计情况,可为国内其他类似行业和地区的污水处理提供设计参考。The total design scale of a sewage treatment plant in the North is 10000 m^(3)/d,and the recent design scale is 3000 m^(3)/d.The influent biodegradability is poor,total nitrogen removal rate is high,and effluent needs to be recycled.The treatment process of hydrolysis acidification-improved AAO-secondary sedimentation-high-efficiency sedimentation-D-type filter tank was adopted.And design a regulating pool to balance the impact of the water quality and water volume,and design an accident pool as an emergency treatment measure.The effluent quality meets the class A standard of GB18918-2002 and requirements of GB/T 18920-2002.The engineering design situation is introduced,which can provide design reference for sewage treatment in other similar industries and regions in China.
