摘　　要：在高温高压工况下工作的小型屏蔽电动机需要实测其工作转矩,由于其为密闭式结构,其轴伸无法连接力矩传感器,需要利用特制的工装使屏蔽电动机的转轴与力矩传感器及负载设备之间建立磁动联系。现介绍的小型屏蔽电动机转矩测量装置具备极佳的性价比和适用性,确保了准确测试小型屏蔽电动机的工作转矩。The working torque of a small canned motor operating under high temperature and high pressure conditions should be measured actually.The shaft extension of the motor cannot be connected to the torque sensor because of the closed structure,so the specially-manufactured tools should be used to establish a magnetic connection between the load equipment and the motor shaft and torque sensor.The torque measuring device of small canned motor introduced in this paper has excellent cost performance and applicability,which can ensure that the working torque of the small canned motor is measured accurately.
