摘  要:隐极同步电机转速较高,在起动和运行过程中,由于较高的起动电流和谐波磁通的影响,容易使转子槽口局部过热,影响电机安全运行。为保证转子的可靠性,隐极电动机转子采用机械性能和电性能都比较高的NMN复合纸作为槽绝缘,但NMN相对较硬,这就对槽口绝缘的固定提出了较高的要求,如果固定不好,电机在运行时就会有较大的噪声,进而影响电机的性能。为此电机转子槽口处槽衬、槽楔绑扎固定处不允许出现打结现象,且材料应具有较高的机电性能,使选用的绝缘材料材质较硬,不易粘接。为保证转子槽口处绝缘材料粘接强度、无打结工艺以及浸渍漆的相容性等技术要求,对槽口的封头工艺进行研究,为高压电机转子槽口封头工艺提供了参考。The crypto-pole synchronous motor has high speed.Due to the influence of high starting current and harmonic flux,the rotor slot opening easily overheat at starting and operating process of motor,which affects the safe operation of the motor.(In order to ensure the reliability of the rotor,the rotor slot insulation of crypto-pole motor adopts NMN composite paper with high mechanical and electrical properties.But NMN is relatively hard,which has a higher requirements for the fixing of the slot opening insulation.If the insulation material is fixed poorly,the motor will produce greater noise during operation,thus affect the performance of motor.)Therefore,the slot lining and slot wedge at the place of rotor slot opening should be binded and fixed well and should not appear the knotted phenomenon.Moreover,the selected insulation material should have a higher electro-mechanical performance,so that it is hard and not easy to stick together.In order to meet the technical requirements of insulation material at the place of rotor slot opening such as adhesive strength,knot-free technology and impregnating paint compatibility,this paper studies the sealing head technology of rotor slot opening,which provides reference for the sealing head technology of rotor slot opening of high-voltage motor.
