摘　　要：分析了壁挂空调出风框的产品结构及注塑生产时常见的问题,并针对性地开发了一套具有巧妙结构、脱模动作可靠的注塑模具。针对出风框的冷风口,采用定、动模镶件斜面贴合的形式成型;针对冷风口筋位上的小孔及产品两端的风向板安装孔,采用斜顶结构脱模;针对产品上的侧扣位以及侧扣位内部的圆柱与小扣位,采用组合滑块机构脱模;针对产品两端的出水管,采用油缸+斜抽芯机构脱模;在产品一端的斜导柱+滑块的脱模机构上安装缓冲弹簧,既可以在合模时减少滑块对模具的撞击,也可以在开模时用弹簧辅助斜导柱将滑块推开;模具选用两板模结构,并在定模的电热器板和定模板之间增设垫块和推板,通过氮气弹簧和普通弹簧推动定模推板的闭、合,巧妙地解决了定模斜顶的脱模问题。经实际试产证明,模具工作稳定,成型的产品变形小,合格率高。The product structure of air outlet frame of wall hanging air conditioner and the common problems in injection molding were analyzed,and a set of mould with skilful structure and reliable release action was developed.For the cold air outlet of the air outlet frame,the form of bevel fitting of fixed and moving mould inserts was adopted for molding.Aiming at the small holes on the ribs of the cold air outlet and the installation holes of the wind plate at both ends of the product,the inclined ejector structure was used for demoulding.According to the side buckle on the product and the cylinder and small buckle inside the side buckle,the combined slider mechanism was used for demoulding.For the outlet pipe at both ends of the product,the oil cylinder+oblique core pulling mechanism was used for demoulding.A buffer spring was installed on the demoulding mechanism of the inclined guide pillar+slider at one end of the product,which could not only reduce the impact of the slider on the mould when closing the mould,but also use the spring to assist the inclined guide pillar to push the slider away when opening the mould.The mould adopted a twoplate mould,and the spacer and ejector plate were added between the electric heater plate of the fixed mould and the fixed template.The closing and opening of the ejector plate of the fixed mould were pushed by the nitrogen spring and the ordinary spring,and the demoulding problem of the inclined ejector of the fixed mould was solved skillfully.Through practical trial production,it is found that the mould works stably,the deformation of the molded product is small and the qualified rate is high.
