摘 要:采用三种受阻胺光稳定剂944,622,788分别与成核剂NA9930T(α型成核剂)、TMB-5(β型成核剂)复配,通过自然光光照老化试验(1个月为1个老化周期),研究了光稳定剂单剂以及光稳定剂和成核剂复配对均聚聚丙烯光老化性能的影响。结果表明,光稳定剂单剂对聚丙烯的抗光老化改性效果较光稳定剂与成核剂复配改性的效果差;空白试样(未加光稳定剂与成核剂)老化4个月后,黄色指数增加44.0%,氧化诱导期降低63.0%。光稳定剂与成核剂复配改性后,α型成核剂NA9930T可与光稳定剂944具有较好的抗老化协同效果,4个月光老化试验后,聚丙烯试样黄色指数增加38.2%,氧化诱导期降低40.0%;β型成核剂TMB-5可与光稳定剂788达到较好的抗老化协同效果,4个月光老化试验后,聚丙烯试样黄色指数增加38.7%,氧化诱导期降低38.9%。Three kinds of hindered amine light stabilizers with 944,622,788 were compounded with nucleating agent NA9930T(αtype nucleating agent)and TMB-5(βType nucleating agent)respectively,through natural light aging test(one month is one aging cycle),the effects of single light stabilizer and the combination of light stabilizers and nucleating agents on the light aging properties of homogeneous polypropylene were studied.Research results show that,the modification effect of light stabilizer single agent on light aging resistance of polypropylene is worse than that of combination of light stabilizers and nucleating agents.After aging for four months,the yellow index of the blank sample(without light stabilizers and nucleating agents)increases by 44.0%,and the oxidation induction period decreases by 63.0%.After the light stabilizer is compounded with nucleating agent,theαtype nucleating agent of NA9930T has good synergistic anti-aging effect with light stabilizer 944,after four months of light aging test,the yellow index increases by 38.2%,and the oxidation induction period decreases by 40.0%;theβtype nucleating agent of TMB-5 has good synergistic anti-aging effect with light stabilizer 788,after four months of light aging test,the yellow index increases by 38.7%,and the oxidation induction period decreases by 38.9%.
