摘  要:从聚脲弹性体粘接机理出发,探讨了采用不同种类的底漆和不同的底材处理方式对聚脲弹性体与不同底材粘接性能的影响。结果表明,对钢、铝底材经过喷砂、涂底漆工艺处理后,与未涂底漆时对比,聚脲弹性体对金属底材的附着力显著提升,采用单组分聚氨酯底漆时,聚脲弹性体对钢的附着力最好,可达到15.2 MPa。在混凝土底材表面干燥的条件下涂底漆,聚脲弹性体与混凝土之间具有较高的粘结强度。橡胶经过表面氯化和底漆处理后,聚脲弹性体对它的剥离强度显著提高。环氧树脂玻璃钢、乙烯基树脂玻璃钢无底漆处理时,表层容易被聚脲弹性体剥落,涂底漆后,表层不会被剥落,聚脲弹性体与玻璃钢的剥离强度得到明显提升。Based on the bonding mechanism of polyurea elastomer,the effects of different kinds of primer and different substrate treatments on the bonding properties of polyurea elastomer and different substrates were discussed.The results show that the adhesion of polyurea elastomer to steel or aluminum substrates after sand blasting and primer coating is significantly improved compared with that without primer,and the adhesion of polyurea elastomer to steel is the best with using one-component polyure-thane primer,which can reach 15.2 MPa.When primer is coated on the dry surface of concrete substrate,the polyurea elastomer has a high bond strength with the concrete.After chlorination and primer treatment of rubber,the peeling strength of polyurea elastomer to rubber is significantly improved.When epoxy resin based fiber glass-reinforced plastics(FRP)and vinyl resin based FRP are treated without primer,the surface layer is easy to be peeled off by polyurea elastomer.After primer coating treatment,the surface layer is not peeled off,and the peeling strength of polyurea elastomer to FRP is also significantly improved.
