摘 要:综述了交联改性聚乙烯醇(PVAL)基功能膜的研究进展。简要介绍了对PVAL膜的化学交联改性方法,根据不同种类的交联剂,如醛类交联剂、酸类交联剂、环氧氯丙烷等,结合PVAL本身的性质,介绍了醛类交联、酸类交联、环氧氯丙烷交联等交联改性方法对PVAL的耐水性能、力学性能、热性能等的影响。概括了以PVAL为基材的功能性薄膜在不同领域的应用,如食品包装领域、水处理领域、医疗领域以及燃料电池等其它领域。最后对以PVAL为基材的功能性薄膜的未来发展进行展望。The research progress of cross-linked modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)based functional membranes was reviewed.The chemical crosslinking modification methods of PVAL membrane were briefly introduced.According to different kinds of crosslinking agents,such as aldehyde crosslinking agents,acid crosslinking agents,epichlorohydrin,and combining with the properties of PVAL itself,the effects of aldehyde cross-linking,acid crosslinking,epichlorohydrin crosslinking and other crosslinking modifications on the water resistance,mechanical properties,and thermal properties of PVAL were introduced.The applications of functional membranes based on PVAL in different fields were summarized such as food packaging,water treatment,medical treatment and fuel cell.Finally,the future development of functional membranes based on PVAL was prospected.
