摘  要:介绍了近年来国内外在耐高温热固性树脂泡沫材料方面的研究进展,包括环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、有机硅树脂、聚异氰脲酸酯树脂以及双马来酰亚胺树脂和热固性聚酰亚胺树脂等。着重介绍了环氧树脂发泡材料的不同制备方法对其材料性能的影响,得出化学发泡法是生产环氧树脂泡沫材料时较为常用的方法。从材料改性的角度简述了酚醛、有机硅树脂等耐高温泡沫材料经过改性后的综合性能提升效果,经过分析表明,多种耐高温热固性树脂泡沫材料经过改性后可扩大其应用领域。最后对耐高温热固性树脂泡沫材料未来的发展趋势和研究重点进行了展望。The research progress of high temperature resistant thermosetting resin foam materials at home and abroad in recent years was introduced,including epoxy resin,phenolic resin,silicone resin,polyisocyanurate resin,bismaleimide resin and thermosetting polyimide resin,etc.Focusing on the influence of different preparation methods of epoxy resin foam materials on their material properties,and it was concluded that chemical foaming method was more common in the production of epoxy resin foam materials.From the perspective of material modification,the comprehensive performance improving effects of phenolic,silicone resin and other high temperature resistant foam materials after modification were briefly described,and the analysis showed that a variety of high temperature resistant thermosetting resin foam materials could expand their application fields after modification.Finally,the future development trend and research focus of high temperature resistant thermosetting resin foam materials were prospected.
