摘  要:森林火灾、干旱、冰雹等自然灾害每年造成我国直接经济损失超过3万亿,开展人工影响天气高炮作业,应对森林防火、防雹、开发利用空中云水资源、缓解我国水资源缺乏具有重要意义。精准指挥、精确作业与数据实时上传下达是人影作业的关键。在用高炮进行人工影响天气地面作业时,需对高炮作业的起止时间、用弹量以及方位角和仰角进行准确的测量。设计了一种高精度人影作业现代装备系统,重点开展系统设计以及一种高精度方位角检测传感器设计。该系统能实时检测高炮作业方位角、俯仰角、用弹量及作业开始结束时间,经测试符合人影作业要求。同时能与指挥中心实时进行作业数据上传和作业指令下达,以实现人影作业与指挥精确化、智能化和现代化。Natural disasters such as forest fires, droughts and hailstorms cause direct economic losses of more than 3 trillion in China every year. Precise command, precise operation and real-time data uploading and distribution are the keys to artificial shadow operations. When using anti-aircraft guns for artificial weather ground operations, accurate measurement of the starting and ending times, the amount of shells fired, and the azimuth and elevation angles of anti-aircraft gun operations are required. In this paper, a kind of modern equipment system for high precision figurework is designed, and the whole system structure and a high precision azimuth detection sensor are focused on. The system can detect the azimuth angle, elevation angle, ammunition quantity and operation start and end time of artillery operation in real time. Experiential measurement meets operational requirements. And at the same time, upload the operation data and give the operation instructions in real time to the command center, so as to realize the precision, intelligence and modernization of man-shadow operation and command.
