摘　　要：保加利亚国家文化宫&索菲亚会议中心(NDK)是东南欧最大的多功能综合体0在保加利亚首都索菲亚建立大型文化中心的倡议,最早归功于1970年代中期保加利亚共产党索菲亚分会的领导。其建造得到许多索菲亚市民的志愿工作和财政捐助支持。施工过程中使用了33.5万立方米的混凝土,挖出T 1700万吨土,使用了大约1万吨金属结构,与建造巴黎埃菲尔铁塔的数量大致相同。The National Palace of Culture-Congress Centre Sofia(NDK)is the largest multifunctional complex in Southeastern Europe.The initiative to construct a large-scale cultural center in Bulgaria's capital belongs to the leadership of the Sofia chapter of the Bulgarian Communist Party in the mid-1970's.Volunteer work and financial contributions from many Sofians were invested in the construction of the Palace.Its construction took 335000 cubic meters of concrete,and 1,7 million tones of earth were dug out.Around 10 thousand tones of metal constructions were used,which is approximately the same quantity used for the construction of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
