摘 要:水稻是我国重要的粮食作物,水稻联合收获机是提高水稻机械化收获的重要装备,工作参数与工作效率直接影响水稻收获质量。在水稻收获过程中根据水稻生长状态,对水稻联合收获机的动态参数,如机器前进速度、割台高度等工作部件参数进行及时调整,提高水稻联合收获机作业效率,实现收获路径优化。针对以上问题,设计一种水稻联合收获机辅助导航系统,并对其关键技术进行研究,如导航技术、信息采集技术与控制技术等,并进行田间验证。研究结果以期为提高水稻联合收获机工作效率,降低驾驶员劳动强度提供一种新的解决途径与方法,对于全面提高农业生产效率具有重要意义。Rice is an important food crop in China,and rice combine harvester is an important equipment to improve the mechanized harvesting of rice,and its working parameters and efficiency directly affect the quality of rice harvesting.In the rice harvesting process according to the rice growth state,the dynamic parameters of rice combine harvester,such as machine forward speed,cutting table height and other working part parameters,can improve the operational efficiency of rice combine harvester and achieve harvesting path optimization.To address the above problems,designs a rice combine harvester auxiliary navigation system and conducts field validation of its key technology,Jin Cong research,such as navigation technology,information acquisition technology and control technology.The research results are intended to provide a new solution and method to improve the efficiency of the rice combine harvester and reduce the labor intensity of the driver,which is of great significance for the overall improvement of agricultural production efficiency.
