摘  要:从能量法角度对永磁同步发电机齿槽转矩展开理论分析,并推导出理论表达式。根据齿槽转矩理论表达式分析转子、定子和永磁体的参数对齿槽转矩产生的影响。利用ANSYS有限元软件分别研究极弧系数、磁钢厚度、定子槽口宽度和转子外径对齿槽转矩的影响。研究结果表明,极弧系数和定子槽口宽度对齿槽转矩影响最大,随着极弧系数的减小,齿槽转矩也会减小,定子槽口宽度也有同样规律。该研究方法具有可行性,其研究结论可为设计发电机或优化电机齿槽转矩提供理论依据。The cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous generator was analyzed theoretically from the angle of energy method, and its theoretical expression was derived.According to the theoretical expression of the cogging torque, parameters of the rotor, stator and permanent magnet which may have an impact on the cogging torque were analyzed.The ANSYS finite element software was used to study the pole arc coefficient, the thickness of the magnetic steel, the slot width of the stator and the outer surface of the rotor.The results show that the pole arc coefficient and stator slot width have the greatest influence on the cogging torque.With the decrease of the pole arc coefficient, the cogging torque will also decrease, and the stator slot width has the same rule.The research method is feasible, and the research conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for designing generators or optimizing motor cogging torque.
