摘  要:面对日益严峻的气候变化问题,我国提出了碳达峰与碳中和的目标。推进“双碳”目标的实现是一项系统性工程,当前亟须探索该目标的实施路径。文章使用面板数据分析数字化水平与产业结构调整对区域碳排放的影响,选取我国30个省份的面板数据,构建计量模型并运用DK标准误回归、门槛回归、空间计量回归等方法,进行稳健性检验。实证结果表明:(1)除西部地区外,现阶段数字化水平与区域碳排放量具有显著的正相关效应。(2)第三产业产值与第二产业产值的比率变动与区域碳排放量之间呈现显著的负相关效应。(3)以技术水平为门槛变量,产业结构变动呈现一阶门槛效应。(4)在空间邻接权重矩阵下,数字化水平呈现空间溢出效应。Facing the increasingly serious problem of climate change,China has put forward the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Promoting the realization of the“dual carbon”goal is a systematic project,and it is urgent to explore the imple⁃mentation path for the goal.This paper uses panel data to analyze the impact of digitization level and industrial structure adjust⁃ment on regional carbon emissions,then selects panel data of 30 provinces in China to construct an econometric model,and final⁃ly uses DK standard error regression,threshold regression and spatial econometric regression to test robustness.The empirical re⁃sults are as the following:(1)Except for the western region,the digitization level has a significant positive correlation effect on re⁃gional carbon emissions at this stage.(2)There is a significant negative correlation between the ratio change of the output value of the tertiary industry and the secondary industry and the regional carbon emissions.(3)With the technical level as the threshold variable,the change of industrial structure presents a first-order threshold effect.(4)Under the spatial adjacency weight matrix,the digitization level shows spatial spillover effect.
