摘 要:在对冷链物流与DEA效率评价相关研究进行综述的基础上,以2020年辽宁省面板数据为样本,采用三阶段DEA模型对辽宁省14个城市的生鲜农产品冷链物流效率进行分析,并进行参数评价。研究表明,2020年辽宁省14个城市生鲜农产品冷链物流的综合技术效率偏低,且各城市之间的综合技术效率和规模效率差异显著,环境和统计噪声等因素对各城市生鲜农产品冷链物流的综合技术效率影响较大。In this paper,based on a review of relevant studies on cold chain logistics and DEA efficiency evaluation,we took the panel data of Liaoning Province in 2020 as the samples,adopted the three-stage DEA model to analyze the cold chain logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products in 14 cities in Liaoning Province,and carried out parameter evaluation.The study showed that the comprehensive technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in 14 cities for the year was low,and the comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency significantly differed among the cities.It was also found that factors such as environment and statistical noise had great impact on the comprehensive technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in each of the cities.
