摘  要:借鉴广东省阳春市矿产开发项目研究成果,产、运、销物流链应封闭流通环保要求,应用加盖底开门漏斗车,实现智能高效、绿色环保运输砂石骨料的解决方案。分别从装车、运输和卸车三个环节进行分析,结合工程实例,研究集装站和卸车站选址,探讨装卸站和接轨站的布置形式,同时对大湾区砂石骨料绿色物流中心进行初步构想。Drawing on the research results of the mining development project in Yangchun,Guangdong,and in pursuance of the closedloop circulation and environmental protection requirements imposed on the production,transportation,and sales logistics chain of the project,this paper realized an intelligent,efficient,green and environmentally friendly solution for gravel aggregate transportation using the cappedflatbed bottom-opening hopper truck.Then by looking at the loading,transportation and unloading operations respectively and in combination with empirical engineering cases,it studied the site selection of the consolidation and off-loading stations and the layout design of the loading,unloading and docking stations,and at the same time ventured the preliminary conception of the gravel aggregate green logistics center in the Greater Bay Area.
