摘　　要：以湖北汽车工业学院物流管理专业课程“生产与运作管理”为研究对象,探讨了产教融合背景下,“双师型”教师系统性优化“生产与运作管理”教学案例,并在本科教学中进行推广和应用的过程。结果表明,产教融合师资队伍建设能够有效破解“教学”滞后于生产实践需求的难题,调动学生的自主学习兴趣,提升应用型人才培养成效。Taking Production and Operation Management course,a major course of the logistics management specialty in Hubei University of Automotive Technology,as the research object,we discussed the systematical optimization of the teaching cases of said course by"double-qualified"teachers against the background of production and education integration,and promoted and applied the cases in undergraduate teaching.The result showed that the construction of the teacher team based on production and education integration could effectively solve the problem of teaching lagging behind the demands of practical production,mobilize the students'interest in independent learning,and improve the effectiveness of application-oriented talent training.
