摘　　要：辽宁省非物质文化遗产丰富,这也体现了我省人民的创造力和文化蕴涵。传承和利用好非物质文化遗产,对于弘扬民族传统文化、增强文化自信和地域文化保护都有着重大意义。非物质文化遗产传承和保护的重要途径就是非物质文化遗产的文创设计,通过加强对非物质文化遗产宣传、保护等工作,能够有效推进非物质文化遗产文创产品的发展,更好地实现对非物质文化遗产的传承。Liaoning Province is rich in intangible cultural heritage,which also reflects the creativity and cultural implication of the people of Liaoning Province.Inheriting and making good use of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward national traditional culture,enhancing cultural confidence and protecting regional culture.The important way to inherit and protect intangible cultural heritage is the cultural and creative design of intangible cultural heritage.By strengthening the publicity and protection of intangible cultural heritage,it can effectively promote the development of intangible cultural heritage cultural and creative products,and better achieve the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
