摘　　要：RH钢包车的工况条件是高温、重载,对停位精确要求较高,需要有足够的强度和刚度来承受热负荷和钢包吊运的冲击负荷。传统的传动设计多采用类比法,笔者提出一种简单的RH钢包车计算方法,并对RH钢包车的结构、设计要点,关键结构的强度校核作一些探讨。The operation condition of RH ladle car features high temperature and heavy load, which requires accurate stop and enough strength and rigidity to withstand thermal load and also the impact load caused by ladle lifting. Traditional design of the drive mechanism mostly adopts analogy method. This paper puts forward a simple calculation method of the RH ladle car,and discusses about the structure, key points of design and strength verification of the key structures of the RH ladle car.
