摘 要:针对核电主管道弯头弯制后弯曲半径与理论值存在偏差、内孔存在椭圆度,外形加工困难等问题,提出一种流线拟合仿形加工工艺方法。该方法利用机床和超声波测厚仪进行测量,使用NX软件高阶拟合构建三维模型并编制数控程序进行数控加工,加工效率提升近一倍,大幅缩短人工打磨时间,加工核电主管道弯头壁厚均匀、外形光顺、质量稳定、生产效率高。In order to solve the problems of deviation between bending radius and theoretical value, as well as ovality and difficulty in contour machining of the inner hole of the elbow of nuclear power main pipe, this paper proposes a contour machining method on the basis of streamline fitting. By adoption of lathes and ultrasonic thickness gauge for measurement,and establishment of three-dimensional model and compile numerical control program for numerical control processing by higher-order fitting of NX software, the processing efficiency is nearly doubled, and manual grinding time is greatly shortened. The main pipe of nuclear power is with uniform wall thickness, smooth appearance, stable quality, and the production efficiency is high.
