摘　　要：基于现场动平衡检测工况,研究在无需精确配重的前提下将风机振动值减小至正常工作范围的方法,在风机动平衡检测中减少加试重过程,减少停机检测时间,提高风机工作效率。This paper studies the method to reduce the vibration of the fan to normal working range under the condition of no counterweight on the basis of site dynamic balance detection, in order to carry out dynamic balance detection of the fan without counterweight, reduce downtime and improve working efficiency.
