中医思维融入中医药人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：中医思维是中医药人才培养的核心,强化中医思维培养是中医药院校输出高质量中医药人才的关键。现阶段中医药人才培养过程中存在中医思维基础建设薄弱、课程配置比例失调、临床教学实践不足等问题,需要加以重视。以中医思维培养为主线,从构建文化环境、优化课程体系架构、完善实践教学模式3个方面,提出将中医思维切实融入中医药人才培养全过程,构建形成基于中医思维培养的中医药人才系统教育模式,以期对中医药发展有所裨益。As traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) thinking is the core of cultivating TCM talents, reinforcing TCM thinking is the key to cultivate high-quality talents in TCM colleges and universities. Currently, the following problems should be taken into consideration in the process of cultivating TCM talents: weak construction of TCM thinking, imbalanced curriculum arrangement, and insufficient clinical teaching practice. Guided by the principle of cultivating TCM thinking, this paper puts forward the concept of integrating TCM thinking in the whole process of TCM talent cultivation, and constructs systematic TCM education mode based on TCM thinking from establishing cultural environment, optimizing curriculum structure, and improving practical teaching modes. It is hoped to be beneficial to the development of TCM.
