摘 要:武医同根同源,枝脉相连,中医药院校重视传统武术运动由来已久。中华优秀传统武德文化融入中医药院校思政教育具有先天优势。然当前,中华优秀传统武德文化融入中医药院校思政教育遭遇三重困境,分别是意义重大然而渗透不足的价值困境,多点多面然而尚欠深入的内容困境,有所重视然而解读不力的表达困境。建议选取共识性强的优秀武德、武礼、武艺文化,结合医德医风、行为实践、工作场景展开认同式、体验式、引导式思政教育,从而提高中医药院校思政教育的成效和水平。As martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) derived from the same root, TCM colleges and universities have been attached importance to martial arts. Excellent traditional Chinese martial arts culture enjoys an innate advantage to be integrated in ideological and political education in TCM colleges and universities, however, the integration has been confronted with three dilemmas: value delemma: signifcant improtance in value versus inadeauate integration into teaching;content delemma: teaching materials from diverse perspectives versus inadequate application in teaching;interpretation delemma: adequate emphasis in understanding martial arts versus improper interpreting martial arts in teaching. It is suggested that well-recognized martial ethics, martial rites and martial arts culture should be selected to integrate into medical ethics, behavior, practice and work scenes, which can promote ideological and political education in the form of recognition, experience and guidance. It is hoped to improve the effectiveness and level of ideological and political education in TCM colleges and universities.
