价值共创导向下的城市社区基金会行动策略——基于“结构—能力”视角的案例分析

摘　　要：作为社区慈善的重要抓手,社区基金会的实践行动对切实增进民生福祉具有积极意义。从“结构—能力”的双重视角构建分析框架,选取深圳、上海、南京等城市的社区基金会作为实践样本,通过案例分析回应社区基金会基于何种资源禀赋生成了何种行动策略以及生成机制如何的问题。研究发现:基于组织外结构化资源与组织能力禀赋之间的交互作用,社区基金会形成了四种以价值共创为导向的行动策略,即资助复制、发包孵化、自组深耕、情境救助。在案例呈现的基础上,通过对案例的比较分析,进一步揭示了社区基金会的行动策略是结构化资源互动支持路径与能力跃迁的知识赋能路径交互作用的结果。As an important part of community philanthropy, the practical actions of community foundations are of positive significance to effectively improve people’s well-being. From the dual perspective of “structure-capability”, this paper constructs an analysis framework, selects practice samples of community foundations in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Nanjing and other cities, and responds to the questions of what action strategies community foundations have generated based on what resource endowment and what generation mechanism through case analysis. It is found that, based on the interaction between external structured resources and organizational capacity endowment, community foundations have formed four value-co-creation oriented action strategies: funding replication, package incubation, self-group deep cultivation, and situational assistance. Based on the case presentation and comparative analysis, it is further revealed that the action strategy of community foundations is the result of the interaction between the structured resource interaction support path and the knowledge empowerment path of capacity transition. The research conclusion can provide an important reference for the practice of value co-creation in localization and localization of community foundations.
