摘  要:针对偶氮型分散染料生产过程中物料黏稠、流动性差、传质效果不佳,影响生产效率和产品质量情况.采用添加表面活性剂和后处理用陶瓷膜+有机膜二级膜分离处理方法,降低了产品能耗,提高生产效率和产品品质,在实际生产应用中效果显著.During the production of the azo disperse dyes,the problems such as the viscous material,poor fluidity and mass transfer affected the production efficiency and product quality.The secondary membrane infiltration treatment method with the ceramic membrane and organic membrane for the post-treatment as well as the addition of the surfactant could solve the above problems,which could also reduce the energy consumption,enhance the productivity,and improve the product quality.The effect was remarkable in practical application.
