摘  要:某装置采用Unipol气相法生产聚丙烯工艺,近期出现了反应器分布板上方温度点呈规律性跳跃波动、静电波动幅度大、一条排料线排料少和大小头处取出的长条状片料等现象,通过采取一系列的调整手段后,反应器状态趋于良好。本文从静电、原料、催化剂体系、细粉、种子床以及操作等方面分析反应器内出现片料的原因,并将理论分析与实践操作中的有效调整手段相结合,总结出反应器出现结片时的调整策略,从而保证了反应器连续稳定运行。Unipol gas phase process was used to produce polypropylene in a unit.Recently,the temperature points above the reactor distribution plate showed regular jumps and fluctuations,the static electricity fluctuated greatly,one discharge line discharged less,and long strips of material were taken out from the reducer.After a series of adjustment measures were taken,the reactor state tended to be good.This paper analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of flakes in the reactor from the aspects of static electricity,raw materials,catalyst system,fine powder,seed bed and operation,and combines the theoretical analysis with the effective adjustment means in practical operation to summarize the adjustment strategy when the reactor appears flakes,so as to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the reactor.
