摘 要:甲醇精馏装置主要作用是分离粗甲醇,产出精甲醇产品,装置自动控制系统以PID控制回路为基础,受再沸器加热蒸汽压力波动,装置工艺参数扰动较大,日常操作频次高、劳动强度大,吨精甲醇能源消耗在同行业内偏高。通过采用智能先进过程控制(APC)系统后,员工劳动强度、能源消耗大幅降低,装置运行安全性、稳定性大幅提升,基本实现人工智能控制。The main function of the methanol distillation device is to separate crude methanol and produce refined methanol products.The automatic control system of the device is based on the PID control circuit,which is subject to the fluctuation of the heating steam pressure,the process parameters of the device are greatly disturbed,the daily operation frequency is high,the labor intensity is high,and the energy consumption of tons of refined methanol is high in the same industry.After the adoption of the intelligent advanced process control(APC) system,the labor intensity and energy consumption of employees are greatly reduced,the operation safety and stability of the device are greatly improved,and the artificial intelligence control is basically realized.
