摘　　要：随着媒体技术的IP化发展以及云计算技术在各行各业的广泛普及,媒体上云成为传统媒体行业热议的话题。传统媒体想要做到数字化转型,建立媒体融合中心,向新媒体方向拓展,建云与上云是最有效的手段。传统的云架构由基础设施即服务(Infrastructure as a Service,IaaS)、平台即服务(Platform as a Service,PaaS)和软件即服务(Software as a Service,SaaS)三个平台构成,其中最容易让人忽视的PaaS平台在实际的系统架构中起到承上启下、能力调用、数据汇聚等重要作用。更好地搭建PaaS平台,充分利用人工智能在媒体云上的作用,可以让相关工作变得简易而高效,节省大量的存储空间和资金投入。鉴于此,阐述媒体云建设过程中PaaS平台的技术架构思想,以及人工智能技术在媒体云上的应用,为相关单位建设PaaS平台提供参考。With the development of IP-based media technology and the wide popularity of cloud computing technology in various industries, media on the cloud has become a hot topic of discussion in the traditional media industry. If traditional media want to achieve digital transformation, establish media convergence center and expand to new media direction, building cloud platform is the most effective means. The traditional cloud architecture consists of three platforms: Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS), Platform as a Service(PaaS) and Software as a Service(SaaS), of which the most easily neglected PaaS platform plays an important role in the actual system architecture such as connecting, capability invocation and data convergence. Building a better PaaS platform and making full use of AI capabilities on media cloud can make the work easy and efficient, and save a lot of storage space and capital investment. In view of this, this paper mainly elaborates the technical architecture idea of PaaS platform in the process of media cloud construction and the application of AI technology on media cloud.
