摘　　要：伴随着现代信息技术的不断发展,视频安防监控系统得到了广泛应用,其能够对项目内公共区域进行全方位24小时不间断的视频监控。在监控中心,技术人员可通过电视墙实时查看各个监控区域的现场情况,并且可实现报警系统联动;系统提供与其他业务系统的数据接口,方便后期扩展以及与分控中心的视频信号连接。基于视频监控技术理论,对新一代智能电视视频监控系统设计及其系统功能进行论述,并对视频采集及编码设计、视频传输模块设计和客户端设计等核心模块设计进行全面分析,从而更好地满足监控工作需求。With the continuous development of modern information technology, video security monitoring system has been widely used,which can conduct all-around 24-hour continuous video monitoring of public areas in the project. In the monitoring center, technicians can view the on-site situation of each monitoring area in real time through the TV wall, and can realize the linkage of the alarm system to obtain the data interface with other business systems, which is convenient for later expansion and connection with the video signal of the sub control center. Based on the theory of video monitoring technology, this paper discusses the design and system functions of a new generation of intelligent TV video monitoring system, and comprehensively analyzes the core modules such as video capture and coding design, video transmission module design and client design, so as to better meet the needs of monitoring work.
