摘 要:翻译能力培养是翻译教学的重点。以句子翻译多样化训练为核心,批判性审视句间衔接与连贯,而后优化完善,采取“三步优化教学法”开展翻译教学,分步缩减翻译失误,可逐级获取优化译文。“三步优化”即:首先,变换视角造译句,句不悦人誓不休;其次,思前想后辨优劣,火眼金睛挑不足;最后,修辞点烦炼风格,整体优化出精品。“三步优化教学法”有助于提高学生持续优化意识,有效提升学生三种核心翻译能力:语句生成能力、品评鉴别能力、篇章点烦能力。The core purpose of translation teaching is to develop students’translation competence.Translation teaching can be centered on practicing multiple translation of sentences with proper concern for textual cohesion and coherence,and a“Trilogy of Optimization Pedagogy”(TOP)can be applied to decrease translation errors and obtain quality translations step by step.The trilogy of optimization are as follows:firstly to practice making multiple versions for the same source sentence from various perspectives until most satisfactory ones are obtained;secondly to practice looking back and forth within larger textual combinations to evaluate critically and penetratingly those different versions for clumsiness or harshness whatsoever in each;and thirdly to practice refining cohesion and coherence in larger textual combinations so as to create a final target text with holistically optimal quality,style and effect.Students’awareness of continuous optimization can be gradually developed and consolidated in these procedures and three important translation competences,namely sentence generating competence,critical evaluation competence,and text refining competence,can be effectively improved by following this TOP model.
