环铣刀加工拐角的表面粗糙度正交试验数据分析

摘  要:以淬硬钢Cr12MoV为研究对象,针对主轴转速、进给速度、背吃刀量和拐角角度等主要铣削参数,设计了平面及30°斜面上环铣刀加工拐角L_(16)(4^(4))正交试验,并利用激光共聚焦显微镜完成拐角不同区域表面粗糙度测量。Taking chilled steel Cr12MoV as the research object and aiming at main milling parameters, including spindle speed, feed speed, back engagement and corner angle, the L_(16)(4^(4))orthogonal experiments for annular milling corner on a plane and a 30°inclined plane were designed,and the surface roughness of corner in different areas was measured and characterized by a laser confocal microscopy.
