摘　　要：阐述一种基于SiP技术的电源管控芯片集成设计方案,使用MCU芯片与驱动芯片、外围电路一起构成数字化电源管控芯片。该芯片的功能验证结果满足设计的目标需求,从而证实了该设计方案的可行性。该方案符合电源系统数字化和集成化的发展方向。This paper describes an integrated design scheme of power control chip based on SiP technology, which uses MCU chip, driver chip and peripheral circuit to form a digital power control chip.The functional verification results of the chip meet the design goals and requirements, thus verifying the feasibility of the design scheme. The scheme is in line with the development direction of power system digitalization and integration.
