摘　　要：阐述设计数据库的目的是更好地统筹安排数据资源与信息,数据库关键技术,E-R图的设计,探讨企业线上培训数据库、网络培训平台的设计。This paper expounds that the purpose of designing the database is to better coordinate the arrangement of data resources and information, the key technology of the database, the design of E-R diagram, and the design of enterprise online training database and network training platform.
