摘　　要：主要介绍JSCA性能设计部会从1997年创始至2010年为止的研究成果之一性能选单手册,以及之后展开的性能设计相关的研究和课题。JSCA性能设计和性能选单的内容包括:明确性能需求,设定目标性能,评价性能,表达设计性能。性能选单中划分了不同的性能等级,以建筑基准法的规定作为建筑所需的最低限性能等级(标准级),在此之上设定更高的性能等级(高级、特级)。通过本文可以系统了解JSCA性能设计的演变过程。The Performance Menu Handbook,one of the research results of the JSCA Performance-based Design Committee from its inception in 1997 to 2010,and the research and topics related to performance-based design that have been developed since then were introduced.The contents of JSCA target performance and performance menu include clarifying performance requirements,setting target performance,evaluating performance,and expressing design performance.Different performance levels are divided in the performance menu,and the regulations of the Building Standard Law are used as the minimum performance level(base level)required by the building,and a higher performance level(advanced,special level)is set above this.Through this article,the evolution process of JSCA performance-based design and absorb its essence can be systematically understood.
