摘 要:中信城市广场三期B地块办公楼主塔采用密柱框架-核心筒+环带桁架混合结构体系,针对此密柱网混合结构体系的结构特点和性能目标要求进行了抗震性能化设计并分类归纳总结,提出一系列结构加强措施。通过增设适宜刚度的环带桁架加强层从而增强外框架刚度;加强层楼板采用钢梁+钢水平撑+钢筋桁架楼承板以可靠传递加强层外框架与核心筒间的剪力;分叉斜柱角度控制在10°范围以内,采用型钢混凝土节点设计;通过设置钢框梁连接墙肢内嵌型钢暗柱形成整体墙内约束型钢边框可以进一步有效地提高底部和加强层核心筒的延性与增强组合结构整体承载能力。分析结果表明:通过各项措施后结构满足设计要求,整体性能安全可靠。The main building tower on Block B in CITIC City Plaza Phase Ⅲ adopts a hybrid structure system of dense column frame-core tube+ring belt truss.According to the structural characteristics and performance target requirements of this dense column grid hybrid structure system,the seismic performance-based design was carried out and classified.In summary,a series of structural strengthening measures were proposed.Increase the rigidity of the outer frame by adding a reinforcement layer with an appropriate rigidity ring belt truss.The reinforced floor slab adopts steel beams+steel horizontal bracing+steel truss floor deck to reliably transmit the shear force between the outer frame of the reinforced layer and the core tube.The angle of the bifurcated inclined column is controlled within the range of 10°,and the joint design of steel concrete is adopted.The steel frame beam and the inner steel column of the wall pier form a constrained steel frame inside the wall,which can improve the ductility and overall bearing capacity of the core tube at the bottom and the reinforcement layer.The analysis results show that the structure meets the design requirements after passing various measures,the overall performance is safe and reliable.
