摘　　要：南昌市民中心建筑主要功能为办公、会议、交易、展览等,主体采用框架结构体系,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、偏心布置、局部穿层柱、错层等不规则项,属于复杂超限高层建筑。采用抗震性能化设计,使用多种软件对结构进行多遇地震弹性计算和弹性时程分析,进行罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,并针对超限情况提出针对性的抗震加强措施,分析结果表明整体结构可以达到预定的性能目标。The main functions of Nanchang Citizen Center are office,conference,trade,exhibition and so on.It adopts frame structure system,there are some irregular items such as torsion irregularity,partial discontinuity of floor slab,eccentric arrangement,partial through-floor column,split-floor,etc.,belongs to the complex out-of-code high-rise building.The seismic performance-based design was adopted,and a variety of software was used to carry out elastic calculation and elastic time-history analysis of the structure in frequent earthquakes,and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis in rare earthquakes.In addition,the seismic strengthening measures were put forward according to the out-of-code situation.The results show that the whole structure can achieve the predetermined performance objectives.
