摘 要:主要针对船用大比压自润滑中间轴承开展研究,设计合理的轴瓦、甩油盘、冷却器、观察窗、油尺等结构,开展了油膜分析、功率损失计算、冷却性能分析、倾斜摇摆分析,综合评估了船用大比压自润滑中间轴承的润滑性能。基于研究成果,研制了某型船用大比压自润滑中间轴承样机,开展了动态运转试验、最低稳定转速试验、高温环境试验,为船用大比压自润滑中间轴承及类似轴承的设计及润滑性能分析提供了参考。The marine large specific pressure self-lubricating intermediate bearing was studied, its shaft tile, oil throwing disc, cooler, observation window, dipstick and other structures were designed reasonably, and oil film analysis, power loss calculation, cooling performance analysis, tilt-swing analysis were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the lubrication performance of marine large specific pressure self-lubricating intermediate bearing. Based on the research results, a type of marine large specific pressure self-lubricating intermediate bearing prototype was developed, and dynamic operation test, minimum stable speed test and high temperature environment test were carried out, which provides reference for the design and lubrication performance analysis of marine large specific pressure self-lubricating intermediate bearing and similar bearings.
