摘 要:中间轴是转向系统中连接转向管柱和转向机可以传递扭矩并吸收路面激励的一种机械传动机构,车辆在启动和行驶中,转向系统由驾驶员实时操控,其噪音表现更直接被人们感知。转向注塑中间轴具有结构简单,制造工艺及成本低廉,综合性能优越。在车市竞争日趋降本争效的大环境下,越来越受到整车厂的青睐。由于是滑动副结构,两接触件相互摩擦易产生黏滑(Stick-slip)现象,注重介绍注塑中间轴结构及其在受载状态下的Stick-slip噪音分析和改善方案。The steering I-shaft is a mechanical transmission mechanism connecting the steering column and the steering machine in the steering system, which can transmit torque and absorb road excitation. In the process of vehicle starting and driving, the steering system is controlled by the driver in real time, and its noise performance is more directly perceived by people. The injection molded I-shaft has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing process and cost, and superior comprehensive performance. In the environment of decreasing cost and competing for efficiency in automobile market, it is more and more favored by automobile manufacturers. Due to the sliding pair structure, the stick-slip phenomenon is caused by the friction between the two contact parts. The structure of the injection molding I-shaft and the analysis and improvement scheme of the stick-slip noise under the loading state are introduced.
