摘 要:扬辐麦4号是江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所于2008年育成的超高产、抗倒、广适性小麦品种,为江苏淮南麦区主推小麦品种之一。为充分解析扬辐麦4号抗倒特性,比较扬辐麦4号、其亲本宁麦8号和宁麦9号、同源品种宁麦16以及大面积栽培品种宁麦13、扬麦20的农艺性状、茎秆机械组织、抗倒力及秸秆中矿质元素含量,对抗倒连锁分子标记及抗倒位点进行初步探讨。结果表明:扬辐麦4号株高85.72 cm,株高适宜,秸秆基部节粗壮且偏短、穗下节间占比高、机械组织发达、硅和钾总含量高,抽穗后3、5、7周茎秆平均抗倒力达0.077 kg,显著高于其他品种,抗倒能力强,抗倒相关位点可能位于其与易倒伏品种宁麦16差异较大的13个SNPs及93个Indels位点中。As a super high-yield,anti-lodging,and widely adapted wheat variety,Yangfumai 4 was bred in 2008 by institute of agricultural sciences in Lixiahe region,Jiangsu.It is one of the main planting wheat varieties in Huainan wheat region of Jiangsu.In order to fully analyze the anti-lodging characteristics of Yangfumai 4,the agronomic characters,mechanical structure of stem,anti-lodging and mineral element contents in stem were compared with its parents Ningmai 8,Ningmai 9,Ningmai 16 and the large area cultivated varieties Ningmai 13 and Yangmai 20 in this study.In addition,the linked molecular markers of anti-lodging and sites were preliminarily studied.Results showed that the height of Yangfumai 4 was 85.72 cm samed suitable,and the base of its stem was strong and short.The proportion of the internode length below the spike was high,and the mechanical structure was well-developed.The total contents of silicon and potassium were high.The lodging resistance of stem reached 0.077 kg at three,five and seven weeks after heading,which was significantly higher than that of the other varieties.So,its ability of anti-lodging was strong.13 SNPs and 93 Indels loci were significantly different between Yangfumai 4 and the susceptible variety Ningmai 16 which might be related to lodging resistance.
