摘 要:通过设置地下20 cm铺防虫网、地表覆盖防虫网、地上30 cm覆盖防虫网、地下20 cm铺防虫网+地表覆盖防虫网、地下20 cm铺防虫网+地上30 cm覆盖防虫网等5个处理,探讨防虫网不同覆盖处理对小白菜出苗率、株高、茎粗、主根长及品质的影响。结果表明:防虫网覆盖显著提高小白菜出苗率和株高,其中地下和地上同时覆盖防虫网处理小白菜出苗速率最快、出苗率最高,播种后第7天出苗率是对照的3.87倍;地下和地表同时覆盖防虫网以及地下和地上同时覆盖防虫网处理小白菜株高最高,分别较对照提高22.49%和12.99%。防虫网覆盖可提高小白菜茎粗,其中地下铺防虫网+地表覆盖防虫网以及地下铺防虫网+地表覆盖防虫网处理茎粗最高,出苗35 d时茎粗比对照提高27.40%。防虫网覆盖可提高小白菜主根长,其中地下铺防虫网+地表覆盖防虫网处理根最长,出苗35 d时主根比对照长50.55%。防虫网覆盖对小白菜营养品质也有明显影响,其中蛋白质、脂肪和胡萝卜素含量高于对照,但维生素B1、B2和维生素C及膳食纤维含量显著下降。综上,防虫网覆盖对小白菜生长发育和营养品质的提高有促进作用。In this study,the effects of different installed positions of insect-proof nets on seedling emergence rate,plant height,stem diameter,main root length and quality of Chinese cabbage were investigated.The five different installed position were as follows:laying 20cm underground,covering on the surface of ground,covering 30cm above ground,laying 20cm underground and on the surface of ground,laying 20cm underground and 30cm above ground.The results showed that the insect-proof net significantly increased the emergence rate and plant height,and the highest seedling emergence rate and highest speed of seedling emergence of Chinese cabbage occurred in treatment with insect-proof nets under the ground and above ground.The rate of emergence on the 7thdays after sowing were 3.87 times that of the control.The plant height of Chinese cabbage treated with insect-proof nets under the ground and on the surface of ground was the highest,with 22.49%and 12.99%higher than the control,respectively.The stem diameter of Chinese cabbage increased by covering with insect-proof nets.The stem diameter was highest with the insect-proof nets under the ground and the insect-proof nets on the surface of ground and under the ground and above the ground.The stem diameter of 35 days old seedlings was 27.40%than that of the control.The main root length of Chinese cabbage increased by equipped with insect-proof net,and the longest main root could be observed in Chinese cabbage equipped with insect-proof nets both under the ground and on the surface.The main root length of 35days old seedlings was 50.55%longer than that of the control.Insect-proof net also had a significant impact on the nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage,in which protein,fat and carotene were higher than the control,and the contents of vitamin B1,vitamin B2,vitamin C and dietary fiber significantly decreased.The results showed that insect control with insect-proof net could promote the growth and nutritional quality of Chinese cabbage.
