液固比对沼渣协同硫酸亚铁修复Cr(Ⅵ)污染土壤的影响

摘  要:通过污染土壤修复模拟实验,研究25℃恒温条件下液固比对沼渣协同硫酸亚铁修复Cr(Ⅵ)污染土壤的Cr(Ⅵ)还原稳定效果的影响。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)去除率随着液固比的增大而增大,当液固比为6∶1时Cr(Ⅵ)去除率最大;Cr(Ⅵ)还原反应发生在以氧化还原为主的初期,后续生物还原Cr(Ⅵ)缓慢持续进行直至稳定,最终铬元素以稳定态即铁锰氧化态和残渣态形式存在,液固比对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原影响差异不显著;不同液固比组间的微生物组成和丰度差异不显著,微生物变化均发生在反应1 d即Cr(Ⅵ)的主还原阶段,当液固比为6∶1时,优势菌门拟杆菌门相对丰度增至21.31%,优势菌属嗜冷杆菌属相对丰度增至18.98%,微生物组成和丰度变化较显著。A simulation experiment on remediation of polluted soil was conducted to research effects of liquid-solid ratio on Cr(Ⅵ)reduction stability in remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated soil by using biogas residue in coordination with ferrous sulfate under constant temperature of 25℃.The results show that the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)increases with the increase of liquid-solid ratio,and the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)is the greatest when the liquid-solid ratio is 6∶1.The reduction reaction of Cr(Ⅵ)mainly occurs in the early stage dominated by redox reaction,and the subsequent biological reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)continues slowly until it is stable.Chromium finally exists in the form of stable state,namely iron-manganese oxide state and residue state,and the influence difference of liquid-solid ratio on Cr(Ⅵ)reduction is not significant.There is no significant difference in microbial composition and abundance between groups with different liquid-solid ratios.The microbial change occurs at reaction 1 d,namely the main reduction stage of Cr(Ⅵ).When the liquid-solid ratio is 6∶1,the relative abundance of dominant bacteria phylum Bacteroidetes increases to 21.31%,and the relative abundance of dominant bacteria genus Psychrobacter increases to 18.98%.The changes of microbial composition and abundance are significant.
